Men...Semua camtue ker...???
I'm not sure what I wanna write today... Then suddenly, I remembered something what my hubby told me before. Something about his friends. Yup, his friends. Kawan2 dia. Tak kiralah his collegues or his ex-school mates, semuanya termasuk sekali. Tiada yang terkecuali sama sekali.
Masa tu, me & my hubby tengah duduk2 rehat, santai hari cuti. It's Saturday or Sunday like that la... Well, if we're running out of budget to go anywhere, we'll just lepak2 kat rumah layan HBO, CineMax or Star Movies kat Astro jer...
"I pelik la tengok member2 I semua." tiba2 hubby I bersuara. Well, don't be surprise cos we use kata ganti diri in English(advance lah konon, ahaks).
"Why? Kenapa?" of course I yang tanya balik laa...
"Apa yang diorang cari kat awek2 kat pub or disco tue tah? Wife kat rumah untuk ape?" Reply hubby I. Ngeee... Tiba2 I tertanya2 sendiri pulak, nak cover diri sendiri lah tu agaknyer tue... AGAKNYALAH...
"Siapa yang cari awek kat tmpt2 camtu pulak? Kawan2 u yang maner satu nie?" Dengan secepat dan pantasnya I bersuara sebab iklan kat Astro tu dah nak habis, nanti hubby I nak sambung tengok tv, dah tergantung plak topik takde penutup...Argghhh, payah.
"Kawan2 opis I la...Bos I, executive sorang.Ini sms I tadi kawan sekolah I dulu si 'Z' tu pun sama." Answered my hubby.
Okay, that's all. There's no need to write much more further about my conversation. What really important point that I wanted to share about? Well, it's all started with my hubby. Dia ada buka business intaller & services (computer, internet, wiring, tender & etc yang mana boleh mendatangkan cash laa...). My hubby shared that company with one of his best ex-school buddy. So later on, if nak dapatkan tender or any job either one of them can attend if the other one can't make it. Dipendekkan cerita, there's one tender (about puluh ribu RM lah nilainya if they got it) which they really wanted to get. So, my hubby told his buddy how to handle the person dari 'atasan' which is belanja diorang makan ke, clubbing ke (clubbing? hurmm... if ibu kota part clubbing dah biasa sangat dengar, but this is not a big city such as KL or JB. Ini cuma bandar baru nak naik...). Jadi, bila dah bunyi clubbing, mesti la ada melibatkan duit ribu2 punya, mana joli nya, aweknya... I tahu hubby I ada pergi a couple of times bawak 'orang2 atasan' ini untuk di'entertain'kan supaya my hubby dapat lah tender or contract ker. Part yang I tak tahan tu, bila my hubby keep on mengeluh saying that his buddy macam 'addicted' pulak. Macam budak baru belajar smoking. Sikit2 ajak dia pergi, sikit2 tanya nak ke maner lagi 'konon' nak survey which place yang seronok if nak bawak certain2 people untuk entertain later.
I started to think about what has happen. Mula2, my hubby beri sedikit 'tunjuk ajar' kepada member2 dia. Then again my hubby said that he can't control his friends on what he had taught them before. Okay, bunyi macam tak betul but hey, that's life I guess. Some people boleh handle any new things but some just can't. Itu lah datangnya so called 'addicted' kepada benda baru like that. Even last week, my hubby said that dia dah takut pulak nak join his friends kalau diorang ajak dia pergi entertain bosses or clients again. Hmm..??? I tak sangka my hubby, yang nampak 'rock kapak', brutal dan 'gerago' takut pulak. Takut terpengaruh? Hurmm... Maybe laa...
Is this what they keep calling peer peasure? Naahhhh... Don't think so. Kalau umur dah half way going to be setengah abad, that's not peer presure. Yelah, fikiran dah matang untuk fikir which is good and which is not good. Still, kenapa ada yang tetap nak terpengaruh jugak? Temptations? Not sure about that cos I've never been in that kind of situations. Iman tak kuat? Maybe jugaklah even though sembahyang tak tinggal pun if iman tak kuat, cair jugak like one of my hubby best buddy 'Z'.
Argghhh...this gonna be a very long post.
